The above contents truly reflect the current concerns of the industry, and most of them are long-term and sustained attention. For example, improving the utilization rate of materials and reducing the cost of molds have always been paid attention to. In 2017, our company researched and developed scale cleaning equipment, serving more than 100 large and small forging manufacturers, and the market spread all over the world and was well received by customers. There is a customer who produces gears, who cleaned it with our oxide scale. Before, the net weight of their single blank gear was 1.83kg, and the weight of round bar was 1.90kg. After using our scale descaling machine, the weight of round bar was saved to 1.85kg, which is equivalent to saving 0.05kg of raw materials for a product. It seems unremarkable to look at such a single product. If it is 100 million products, we can save 500kg of raw materials. A gear processing factory needs to produce gears for a long time, 10,000, 100,000, one million or even more, so the saved raw material data is very considerable.
